Ben Johnston

Position

General Manager

Ben Johnston

Ben’s career, marked by curiosity and compassion, has taken him around the world in pursuit of new experiences and challenges.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he moved overseas, building his career in London and Amsterdam with roles at Channel 4 and Nike. These experiences not only expanded his professional reach but also introduced him to the love of his life.

Back in Melbourne, Ben joined SEEK, where his role in General Management allowed him to channel his passion for leading teams and driving meaningful impact. Later, as he scaled Homage, a healthcare company, Ben oversaw growth across all functions, fueling his commitment to transformational leadership.

A period of personal loss and a growing dedication to family drew Ben towards purpose-driven work. Aligning deeply with the mission of Tomorrow Woman and Tomorrow Man - the social enterprise arms of Tomorrow Architects - he took on the role of General Manager in 2023, inspired by the vision of creating positive, lasting change.

By 2024, Ben was ready to take on new opportunities, stepping into the role of GM at Tomorrow Architects, where he has embraced the challenge of transforming organisations and their people from the inside out.

Beyond work, Ben finds energy in marathon training, coaching his kids’ sports teams, attempting to surf, catching up with mates, and unwinding over a glass of wine with his wife.
