Alecia brings over 15 years of experience in relationship management, marketing, and strategic program leadership. Her passion for fostering innovation and collaboration has been the cornerstone of her career, helping individuals and organisations thrive.

Before joining Tomorrow Architects, Alecia worked at Mojo Crowe, collaborating closely with high-profile clients to drive mindset and performance growth. She played a key role in launching The Mojo Mindset Lab, an initiative focused on cultivating creativity and resilience in organisations. Previously, she founded Gourmet Juniors, a Melbourne-based company dedicated to providing nutritious meals for children.

Alecia holds a strong passion for people-centric leadership and is committed to creating meaningful programs that drive impact. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Melbourne’s food scene, staying active, and spending time with her family and two quickly growing daughters.
